Cloth binding seriously damp stained / discoloured (see image). Dust jacket dust dulled and showing some edgewear and mild fraying. Edges and end papers age darkened. Tipped in letter by Colonel J.F. Barrington, Honorary Secretary of the Mountain Artillery Dinner Club, to Field Marshal Alanbrooke. Internally in fine condition, bright and clean.
