Losely inserted materials include: a death notice and obituary for the author (The Tines, March 6, 1978), a printed announcement by Guy’s (Margaret Helliwell) about the authors death (2 copies), a program of a funeral service held June 5, 1978 in Southwark, a second program for a Holy Communion service at Guy’s Hospital Chapel on May 10th, 1978. Two photographs; one showing the author, together with Florence Taylor in Ireland, and a printed address (12 pages, w/ illustrations, in red wrappers) given by the author on June 3rd, 1945. Original black cloth. Gilt title on spine. Inside original dust jacket, now inside clear archival jacket. Very good in fair dust jacket. Book with minor shelf wear and occasional very mild foxing.
