Red speckled edges. Spine labels with gilt title and volume numbers. Very good condition. Minor shelf wear, rubbing and bumping. Edges dust dulled. Internally mildly age darkened and occasional mild foxing. Inscribed and signed by the Author Charles Knight on second blank of first volume, dated Sept. 21, 1860. A very nice set in a fine and sturdy binding.
