Complete with engraved title page, two maps (incl. one folding), a folding panoramic view and 17 Plates. Contemporary quarter calf over marbled boards. Good condition only. Binding severely rubbed and bumped with material losses to corners. Age darkened throughout. Occasional foxing / browning. Small bookseller label and Ex Libris of previous owner on front past down. Some ink stains in red and black. Red ink used on title page engraving (see image). A very good reading copy or candidate for rebinding.
